The premises

Viale Europa - This is Lievito's first location, where we have been baking pizzas since 2016! It is here that Francesco took his first steps as a pizza maker and kneaded his first pizzas, gaining invaluable experience.

Via Simone Martini - Opened in 2023, it is our largest and most spacious location. Inspired by Northern European bakeries, it houses the laboratory where all our products are made! Bread, pizza, small and large leavened products, to satisfy you from breakfast to aperitivo!
